Glenbervie Golf Club accepts submissions for membership all year round either by recommendation from current members / other golf clubs, or through an application and interview process. Our membership standards make Glenbervie a safe and enjoyable place for men, women and juniors to play golf and a clubhouse environment welcoming for families of all ages. There are six individual membership categories at Glenbervie Golf Club, three of which – Ordinary, Young and Country – offer full playing rights and three – Junior, Clubhouse and Friend Of Glenbervie – which offer restricted playing rights, but full use of clubhouse facilities.

NOTE - AS OF OCTOBER 2017, A WAITING LIST IS NOW IN OPERATION FOR THE ORDINARY AND YOUNG MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES. THERE IS A £100 FEE TO JOIN THE WAITING LIST WHICH IS NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT IS CREDITED AGAINST YOUR FEES ON JOINING THE CLUB.
Open to ladies and gentlemen aged 30 and over, with full access to all Glenbervie golfing and clubhouse facilities. The current entry fee is £1000 which can be paid by installments over the first four years of membership. Annual subscription for 2017 is £935 plus £60 for credit on the clubhouse loyalty card.
Open to female or male young persons between the ages of 18 and 29 years as at 1st January, this membership category offers full access to all Glenbervie golfing and clubhouse facilities like an ordinary membership, but the annual subscription is on a sliding fee according to age. There is no entry fee, but the normal entry fee applies on transition from Young to Ordinary Membership. Annual subscription for 2017 ranges from £245 at age 18 to £855 at age 29, plus £60 for credit on the clubhouse loyalty card.
Former ordinary, or associate, members who have moved residence and now live out-with a radius of 100 miles from the Glenbervie clubhouse can apply for a transfer to country membership. This membership category offers full access to all Glenbervie golfing and clubhouse facilities, and is available at a reduced annual subscription. Applications from new members to the club for this category will also be considered, but where granted, will be subject to a (reduced) joining fee of £500. Annual subscription for 2017 is £375.
Open to female or male young persons between the ages of 8 and 17 years as at 1st January. As per normal junior memberships this category has a much reduced fee structure but also involves some restrictions in terms of access to the golfing facilities. There is no entry fee for junior membership. Annual subscription for 2017 is £140 for ages 8 to 13 and £190 for ages 14 to 17.
Open to ladies and gentlemen, this membership category offers full access to the Glenbervie clubhouse facilities. Clubhouse members may also play golf at Glenbervie, on payment of the appropriate member guest or visitor fee, up to a maximum of 6 occasions in any one year. There is no entry fee for clubhouse membership. Annual subscription for 2017 is £60, plus £60 for credit on the clubhouse loyalty card.
FRIEND OF GLENBERVIE MEMBERSHIP
This membership category is only open to former ordinary members of the club (with a minimum of 5 years of membership). Friend of Glenbervie members are entitled to full access to the clubhouse facilities, plus up to 6 rounds of golf in any one year. Use of the practice facilities is restricted to those (up to 6) occasions when playing a round of golf at Glenbervie. There is no entry fee for Friend of Glenbervie Membership since this is only open to former ordinary members of the club. Annual subscription for 2017 is £115.
